The Battery Connection Cable is a key component that connects the battery cell (or module) and the battery management system (BMS). It is responsible for real-time collection and transmission of core parameter data such as battery voltage, temperature and current, and is the 'sensing nerve' and 'information channel' of the battery management system. Its structure usually includes flexible circuits (FPC) or wiring harnesses, integrated modules such as sensors and communication interfaces, which support high-precision signal transmission and complex environmental adaptability.
Obtain the voltage, temperature and current data of the battery cell in real time, and provides the BMS with accurate battery status information (such as SOC and SOH) to ensure the safe operation of the battery pack.Fault diagnosis and warning . Detect battery overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and other abnormal signals, trigger the BMS protection mechanism (such as fuse insurance, cut off the charge and discharge circuit), to prevent the risk of thermal runaway.
Linkage with BMS control unit to optimize charge and discharge strategy, balance battery capacity differences, and improve the overall efficiency and life of the battery pack.
The evolution of Battery Cable from basic signal transmission to intelligent management functions is promoting the upgrading of battery systems in fields such as new energy vehicles and energy storage to high safety, long life and low energy consumption.
